| 4 | Straightening, cutting, bending, binding , fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
