5DEMOLISHING OF BRICK WORKDemolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead and clean the surface properly for the work execution as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
6REMOVING OF PLASTER BY MANUALLY OR SMALL CHIPPER MACHINEDismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

14TOILET / BATH WATERPROOFING WALL AND SLABProviding and laying water proofing treatment in of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowedto air cure for 4 hours.(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water Proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry and one coat of 12 MM base coat rough plaster material of all the surface.
15TOILET / BATH WATERPROOFING SLAB AREA Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of:Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of:i) Apply 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.ii) Waterproofing the sunken slabs with average 150 mm thick or required thickness as per site condition, brick bats laid in cement mortar bed 1:4 filled with mortar 1:4 , laid to slope (1:100) with vatta 15 cm, at the junction of walls and IPS flooring (1:2:3) 40 mm thick with admixture, of approved water proofing compound, as per manufacturers specification laid after grouting the slab, finishing curing etc. complete as directed and specified. (Horizontal measurement clear between walls will be paid for).

Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing, supplying and applying of Crackbond TE 250ml an injectable special epoxy resin with the help of crackbond applicator in the cracks formed in masonry of width 3-25mm upto a depth of max. 150mm wherever necessary as directed by structural engineer.
