Name of Work:- NCTPS-I – Operation - CA Dn. - CWPH –Unit – I – Overhauling of Air Release Valves and their Isolation Valves in CWP discharge line of Unit – I. Removal and refixing of man hole covers of cooling water inlet tunnel near switch yard for facilitating tunnel works during respective overhaul / shutdown period during the year 2026-27.

2Charges for overhauling of isolation valve of the air release valve, by dismantling the valve flange bolts, valve internals, cleaning, overhauling and assembling the isolation valve internals and checking the operation.
3Charges for leading, lifting and removal of man hole cover of cold water tunnel, renewal of gasket, worn out bolts and nuts, including hire charges for T & Ps.
4Special Consumable Material Contractors scope: Bolt and Nut M16X150MM MS Full Thread with 2 Nos washers
5Special Consumable Material Contractors scope: Bolt and Nut M16X80MM Full Thread with washer
6Special Consumable Material Contractors scope: HT Hexagonal Bolt and Nut M24X100MM
7Special Consumable Material Contractors scope: Ball Gasket 200NB, Neoprene Rubber Ring, Thickness:5mm
8Special Consumable Material Contractors scope: Painting of newly erected structures with one coat of protective coating of self priming Epoxy primer and two coats of Epoxy paint using different shades after thorough scrapping with emery sheet with manual labour and as per the direction and satisfaction of the engineer in charge, the rate including the cost of scaffolding, T&P labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
