| 1 | Taking proper shutdown of distribution transformer from respective Sub Station through JE, RMU and checks as per Annexure-I (refer Particular Specifications) for each distribution transformer and submit report to the JE and Engr in charge for proper monitoring and serviceability of transformer.Note:(a) Penalty of Rs 1000/-, if no checks performed as per annexure-I of PS and if not report submitted to JE for day/Monthly/Quarterly/ Half Yearly/Annually. (b) Rate quoted includes checks as per annexure-I and cost of test mention and water filling in earth pit. If any corrective actions to be taken same will be measured under relevant items separately. |
