1Material & labour for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc.& after preparing applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 @ 3 to 3.5 kg/10 sqm on DBM/bituminous surfaces as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.
