| 1 | Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of a complete Online Water Quality Monitoring System (OWQMS)/Online Continuous Effluent Quality Monitoring System (OCEMS) at the STP outlet, comprising a multiparameter extractive-type UV-Visible analyser for treated water, with BOD, COD, TSS, pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature and flow measurement.Measurement ranges: BOD 0–250 ppm; COD 0–1000 ppm; TSS 0–1000 ppm; pH 0–14; DO 0–20 mg/L; temperature 0–80 °C. Provide outlet flow measurement; range and meter configuration to be finalized.BOD and COD shall be determined by UV correlation; TSS by suitable calibrated optical measurement or correlation. Provide electrochemical pH and optical luminescent DO sensors, dual-wavelength turbidity compensation, continuous automatic sampling, automatic cleaning/flushing, an anti-clog flow cell, and zero/span and site-specific calibration/correlation appropriate to the extractive system.Specified accuracy: BOD/COD/TSS ±2%; pH ±0.01; DO ±0.1 mg/L. The supplier shall provide OEM-backed performance confirmation covering applicable ranges, test conditions and the distinction between accuracy and repeatability.Provide a 24 VDC, 5 A SMPS with power conversion required by the analyser; a data logger with at least eight analogue inputs and one RS485 port; TFT display; storage for at least 5,000 records; and RS232, RS485/Modbus, USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi interfaces through compatible modules.Include an IP65 stainless-steel enclosure, corrosion-resistant wetted components, all accessories, mounting structures, cables, telemetry, communication hardware/software, programming, integration, installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, operator training, documentation and incidental works, with one year of online data transmission to CPCB/SPCB servers.
