The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the Contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The removal of slips during the construction period shall be responsibility of the contractor.( Recovery of stone to the tune of 2178.54cum ( two thousand one hundred seventy eight point fifty four per cubic metre ) quantity at the rate of 300 ( Three hundred )/- per cubic metre be effected from the contrctor's running bills on prorata basis as per actual quantity executed)including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
