Closed-loop heat-pump type with insulated drying chamber, heat-pump heating and dehumidification system, refrigeration circuit comprising compressor, condenser/heat exchanger, expansion valve and evaporator, forced hot-air circulation/blower arrangement and condensate/moisture removal system. Connected power: 3 kW; average running power: 2 kW; heating capacity: 6 kW; cooling capacity: 4.5 kW; dehumidification capacity: approximately 6 L/h. Electrical supply: 230 V single phase / 400 V three phase, 50 Hz. Drying temperature controllable approximately 30–75°C. Complete with 20 Nos. perforated SS-304 wire-mesh trays, approximately 810 × 660 × 30 mm, mounted on 2 Nos. trolleys, providing approximately 10 m² usable tray area. Drying chamber and product-contact components shall be food-grade SS-304 with suitable thermal insulation. Forced-air circulation shall provide uniform distribution across trays. Complete with digital/PLC-based intelligent control system, temperature/process sensors, display/control panel and provision for setting and monitoring drying parameters. Refrigeration system shall include necessary controls and protection against high/low refrigerant pressure, over-temperature and over-current. Complete with refrigeration piping, heat exchangers, blower/fan, electrical/control wiring, condensate outlet, tray supports, trolleys, fasteners, fittings and standard accessories. Approximate overall dimensions: 2900 × 1425 × 1865 mm. Delivered, positioned, aligned, tested, trial operated and commissioned at site, complete in all respects. |
| 2 | Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of complete electrical power, control, protection and earthing installation for the Heat Pump Dehydrator, including suitably rated sheet-steel powder-coated MCC/Power Control Panel with incomer MCCB, outgoing MCBs, busbars, neutral and earth bars, RCCB/ELCB, surge protection device (SPD), contactors, thermal overload protection, control fuses/MCBs, phase indication lamps, voltmeter with selector switch, terminal blocks, control switches, emergency stop/local isolator, cable glands, lugs, ferrules, internal panel wiring and identification labels. Complete with suitable 4-core power cable from power source/panel to dehydrator, PVC/GI conduit or cable trunking, clamps, supports, bends and accessories; complete interconnection of power and control circuits, proper termination and testing. Dedicated equipment earthing including earth electrodes, GI/copper earth conductor/strip, earth chamber, clamps and connections. Panel and wiring suitably rated for 3 kW connected load with short-circuit, overload, earth-leakage and surge protection. Include insulation, continuity, polarity/phase-sequence and earth-resistance testing, functional testing and commissioning, complete with materials, labour, tools and incidental accessories. |
| 3 | Providing and constructing complete RCC machine foundation/plinth and condensate/drainage arrangement for installation of Heat Pump Dehydrator, including setting out, excavation in ordinary soil, dressing/disposal of surplus earth, preparation and compaction of foundation bed, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation and RCC M20/M25 grade machine foundation/plinth of required dimensions, including centering/shuttering, HYSD/TMT reinforcement steel, cutting, bending, binding, placing, mechanical vibration, finishing and curing. Foundation suitably raised above finished floor level and providing stable, level base. Complete with foundation anchor bolts, nuts, washers, embedded fixing arrangements and vibration-isolating rubber/neoprene pads. Provide condensate/drainage system including suitable PVC drainage pipe, bends, sockets, tees, traps, clamps and fittings, laid with adequate gradient; floor drain/channel with suitable slope, drain trap, removable SS/GI grating/cover, inspection/cleaning arrangement and connection to nearest existing drainage point. Watertight joints and free-flow/leakage testing. Include all civil materials, reinforcement, formwork, pipes, fittings, labour, curing, finishing and incidental works necessary for complete functional foundation and drainage system.
