3Providing and laying in position specified grade M20 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
4Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5Boring ,providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 450mm diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete,to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with betonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete.(length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of the pile) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Brick work Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
912 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) of mix complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Forming groove of uniform size from 12x12 mm and upto 25x15 mm in the top layer of washed stone grit plastered surface as per approved pattern, including providing and fixing aluminum channels of appropriate size and thickness (not less than 2 mm), nailed to the under layer with rust proof screws and nails and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
11Finishing walls with Premium Arcylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives or required shade: New work ( Two or more applied @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepared the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work all height complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Lintels, Beams, Plinth, Beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for massconcrete complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
17Security RoomEarth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, complete in all respect as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete in all respect as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

28Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

30Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
31Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work (5.22A.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. kg 107.85) including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge

37Painting with synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge
38Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work (In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
39Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications and Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
40Security Room Electrical WorkWiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated Copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modularswitch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
