Name of Work:- NCTPS II - MI Circle Boiler Maintenance Division Unit II Dismantling, cleaning and rectification of defective / dislocated boiler seal trough seal plates and S.S woven wire mesh inside boiler during Annual Overhaul 2026-27.

1Charges for dismantling cleaning and refixing of S.S woven wire mesh (Old / New) inside boiler bottom seal trough area.a) Charges for dismantling the existing wire mesh and lowering to ground level including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
2b) Charges for cleaning the dismantled mesh removing the bends distortion on the mesh, reconditioning the damages bars and support plates lifting the cleaned mesh to 10.7 mtrs elevation and refixing of new S.S mesh with S.S bolt nut & Washer including cost of new S.S 316 Gr M10 x 60/ M16 x 60mm S.S.Bolt, Nut & Washer and hire charges for T&P's.
3Charges for cutting, rectification and re-welding the existing seal plate in the bottom ash hopper area. Including the cost of consumables and T&P's.
4Identification of ash / air leakage in the Outside seal trough area front / rear side in boiler first pass. Including the cost of consumables and T&P's.
5Charges for providing temporary scaffolding for positioning, aligning and welding of scaffolding materials dismantling the temporary scaffolding after completion of works. Charges inclusive of T&P's and consumables. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
