| 1 | Cutting in earth work by mechanical means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock ( where blasting work is prohibited) and their intermediate classifiction of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportion including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools , equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeincluding entire carriage of material through all mode of transporations with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry and all saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly dressed and levelled including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST. |
| 3 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed 1:5:10 (one cement :five coarse sand : ten) graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimetres) nominal size cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) up to all floor level and curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST. |
| 4 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand:six graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) as per specification and curing complete but excluding cost of form work in retaining walls,return walls( any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns,piers,abutment pillars,posts,struts,buttresses,string or lacing course,parapets,coping,bed block,anchor block,plain window sills,fillets,sunken floor etc.up to floor five level complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST. |
| 5 | Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring etc etera with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 (four) meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST. |
| 6 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etcetra and the like in all floor heights. |
| 7 | Providing weap holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7. within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST. |
