Ltd @ 5.5% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH producing on average output 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required, grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications MORTH 2013 Clause 509 complete as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. | 3 | Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm(Two point five millimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (Two hundred fifty grams ) per square metre area thickness of 2.5 mm(Two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.
