| 1 | Dismantling pump motor form electrical connection and decoupling and dismantling 540 m3 for pump from motor at GRWW Clear water pumping station for Budge Budge Municipality with tools and takles as per direction of EIC. |
| 2 | Opening the foundation bolt of the motor lifting the same using overhead crane and placing the same in the repairing body on wooden sleeper with proper care and as per TS and direction of EIC. |
| 3 | Transportation charges for taking the motor top the workshop where the rectification work will be done after keeping the stool to its own position and as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Opening the side cover of the motor and taking out the rotor from the starter and opening the DE and NDE side bearing as per TS and direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Charge for complete rewinding of 90KW, 415V, 3PH, 50 Hz, motor the starter using new dual coat super enamel copper wire providing class \\"F\\" insulation varnishing coil, identical to the existing one after taking out the burnt out coils clearing varnishing hoking etc. as per TS and direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Magger testing and Ductor testing of starter winding with 500V megger, heat varnishing the starter winding using Dr. Beck approved quality varnish re meggering as per TS and direction of EIC. |
| 7 | Replacing the cracked motor terminal insulator with new porceline/ resin coated glass bound insulator etc. Flexible shorting as per TS and direction of EIC. |
| 8 | Charge for assembly testing and planting of motor as per direction of EIC. |
| 9 | Return back the motor carefully and lifting and lowering it on the pump house floor very cautiously as per direction of EIC. |
| 10 | Reassembling the motor and placing the same on the motor stool using P/H crane and fixing the foundation bolt of the motor. |
| 11 | Installation of the motor on the motor stool, re alignment & re coupling with the pump and necessary electrical connection and commissioning with proper care and as per technical specification, direction of EIC.
