| 1 | Taking down carefully, storage type water heater (geyser) of any make, of 50 litres capacity, at any height, including opening the geyser for inspection, removal of heating element, inner copper tank, etc., descaling and cleaning of all internal components, carrying out necessary repairs, reassembling and refixing the geyser in the same position, including replacement of old nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets, etc., and making good the disturbed wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) or plain cement concrete (1:2:4), and match with the existing wall finishes, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Spare parts required for repair/replacement of the geyser shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective supply-only items of this Schedule. |
