| 1 | A) Taking down carefully unserviceable parts of various items of furniture listed here-in-after without disturbing the adjoining parts and supply and fixing new components in lieu of dismantled components made out of Indian teak wood seasoned (first class hard wood) unless specified below completely including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All joints and fixing shall be done by in accordance with the standard workmanship/ specification, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact of the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs and as directed by EIC. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/ Md accns under AOR of GE (C) khadki including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Charpoy GI Pipe ply top (Drg No. FD-220) |
| 3 | Removing exsting unserviceable ply wood 12mm from charpoy GI pipe and tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy (i.e long rail, short rail, legs, elbow, check nut etc) by using pipe wrench whether loose or dismantled. Supply and fixing new 7' X 3' X 12mm thick BWR Grade ply wood of ISI marked with new GI carriage bolt, nut and washers of size 6mm dia 62 to 65mm long or as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | Removing of old unservicable existing elbows and S & F new GI 3 way elbows 32mm dia ISI Mark Weight not less than 400 gm each all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 5 | Removing of existing unseviceable long rails from Charpoy GI pipe and S & F new long rails made out of GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade duly threaded at both ends as per existing shape & size complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 6 | Removing exsting damaged short rails and fixing short rails to charpoy after conversion from retrieved old long rails duly threaded at both ends and fixing the same as per exsting shape & size complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 7 | Removing exsting damaged legs and fixing legs of size 440mm long after conversion from retrieved old short rails duly threaded at one end and another side welding with 3mm thick MS sheet base and mild steel brackets of required size, shape & numbers for fixing MNF set all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 8 | Removing of old unserviceable broken check nuts and S & F new GI check nut 32mm ISI Marked weight not less than 150 gram each, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 9 | Removing of old unserviceable flat iron clit and S&F of new flat iron clit 25 x 25 x 06 mm two numbers shall be provided in equidistant of each long rail by means of continuous welding at top of long rail to fix plywood without leaving gap. Flat iron shall have proper hole to fix plywood as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Removing of old unserviceable flat iron and S&F of new flat iron 900 X 25 x 6mm shall be made to shape and fixed through continuous welding to long rail – 2 Nos in each charpoy in equidistant. Flat iron shall have proper 3 holes in each flat iron to fix plywood or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Material and labour for All steel sections shall be painted with One coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver grey colour after preparation of surface, or as directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 13 | Removing of old u/s head board and S&F new head board made out of teak wood frame of size 900x600mm including leg all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 14 | Removing of old u/s 4mm thick ply of the head board and S&F new 04mm thick both side teak face ply ISI marked for both sides & complete teak wood beading shall be provided for head board all over complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
