1Providing necessary Scaffolding; supporting and arresting the coal pipes on either sides of the worn out Coal pipe with locating holes and Special type Sleeve coupling, dismantling and lowering to ground level; leading, lifting and reassembling of new rectified Coal pipe with locating holes and Special type Sleeve coupling; positioning intact with coal pipes, welding and releasing of supports and Scaffolding materials (Crane not necessary)
2Charges for cutting the coal pipe to required size near Boiler lift and grinding both the ends to suit the coal pipe /collars and welding both the collars to the pipe.
3Charges for lifting the coal pipe 45 degree bends near Boiler lift and assembling in proper position with the existing coal pipe line and removing coal pipe temporary supports and devolution of scraps to stores.
4Fixing of 92% Al203 ceramic tiles of size 50 x 50 x 6mm thick in the eroded 15 degree coal pipe bends (1No = 2 m2) Consumables and T&Ps.
5Cost of Materials for 2 m2: Cost of 92% Al203 Ceramic tiles of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm including other consumables. (1No=2 m2). Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
