Supply Of c/s of side wall frame work, welding parts and carline (lwaccn pp) , one coach set of side wall frame work, welding parts and carline for laccn amrit bha rat (829) shells to drg nos 1)frame work to drgs no 82914013, alt a - 1 no. 82914015, alt a - 1 no. items in drawings above for column i to be supplied as loose. 2)carline to drgs no 82914010, alt nil - 1 no. 82914011, alt nil - 1 no. 3)welding parts to drgs no 82914004, alt b - 1 no. 82914005, alt b - 1 no. 4)housing for led destination board to drg no 87414028, alt b - 2 nos. 5) cable clamp to dr g no aac14244, alt a - 50 nos. to be supplied as coach set only. the firm shall fulfil the m anufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-313, issue status-01, rev.01 the firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-316, issue status-01, rev.00. special conditio n : 1. the frame work and weld parts shall be packed in the container/steel pallet as per icf/j&t/sk-18 65-alt b. 2. the weld parts shall be placed at the bottom and frame work at the top. 3. other partition frames not fitting in the container shall be stacked one over the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 4. packing and placing of the items to be such that the frames could be remove d easily from the packing prior to weld parts without any damages. 5. the height of each stack shall n ot exceed 750mm for easy handling. 6. suitable and sufficient packing strips to be used such that sta cked items do not disintegrate during transit, storage and handling. 7.for carline packing drawin g icf/j&t/sk-1882, alt b to be followed.
