| 1 | Disconnecting 25 KVA to 100 KVA HT & LT side cables of indoor/ outdoor transformer and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on two pole/four pole structure /staging and taking down the transformer manually/using mechanical means and lifting, loading and tranportation transformer from MES store yard/sub station/site to workshop for repairs and opening of covers, draining out existing transformer oil, lifting of core, cleaning of oil tank, using chemicals, cleaning of core after removing HT/LT windings, re-assembling of new HT/LT windings with core varnishing heating and bringing back the same after repairs to the same point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rewinding of HT/LT coil any type/material, dehydration of transformer oil re-connecting after repair etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. |
