| 1 | Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates,grills etc (by using gas welding if required) but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | S&F rolled mild steel work conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of neck 5 to12 mm , length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed.
