| 2 | Providing all necessary manpower for facilitating the day-to-day functioning of the Liaison Officer, Campbell Bay Cell at Sri Vijaya Puram by carrying out measurable works as directed by the Department. The scope of work shall include data entry of official records and correspondence; upkeep and maintenance of office files, registers, records, and documents; collection, purchase, receipt, dispatch, and transportation of office materials, stationery, consumables, spare parts, and other departmental requirements from the local market, CSWD, and other designated locations; packing of materials, records, and equipment in wooden boxes or other suitable packing materials for safe transportation between Campbell Bay and Sri Vijaya Puram; collection, dispatch, and handling of official dak, parcels, and courier consignments; loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking of departmental materials, stores, and wooden boxes to and from ships, vehicles, offices, and storage locations; and carrying out any other incidental or allied works connected with the functioning of the Campbell Bay Cell, as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed by deploying 01 (One) Skilled Mazdoor and 03 (Three) Semi-Skilled Mazdoors.
