Name of Work:- Repairs to 850 KW , 3.3 KV , HT motor of Marathon make bearing sr. no UP 182109/1 at 160 MLD Salauli Water Works.

1Disconnecting decoupling and shifting the 6 ton motor from the pump foundation into the vehicle and sending it for repairs. After repairs unloading the motor from the vehicle to the pump foundation, installing the motor , connecting the 300 sqmm cable. Making proper pump motor alignment by engaging the services of an expert in the field and commissioning the motor at site
2Transporting the failed motor from site to agencies workshop for repairs and back to site after repairs
3Dismantling the motor completely at the agencies workshop, cleaning the winding throughly with electro cleaner, varnishing the stator winding and baking in oven to improve the insulation. Replacement of space heater, BTD'S and RTD'S replacement of NDE and DE bearings ( cost of bearings not included in the item). External painting of the motor and testing the motor at workshop before dispatch in the presence of the engineer in charge.
4Brazing of broken rotor conductors using silver brazing rods on both the end rings of the rotor and machining the brazed surface. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
