| 1 | Providing, Supplying & running of chauffer driven four wheeler Inspection vehicle running on CNG of BS-VI Norms in good condition for official use/ site inspection under PWD offices (vehicle of engine capacity not less than 1200 CC) on monthly hiring basis including Driver, fuel, oil, Mobile Oil, CNG Gas etc for 08 hours a day in one calendar month except on Sundays and mileage up to 2400 km per month as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of maintenance and fuel, i.e. CNG/ Petrol Lubricant and repair etc. shall be borne by the agency. The vehicle shall be used in Delhi & NCR roads. For the purpose of payment duty of 8 hours (i.e. 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) shall be considered as per day job as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The vehicle should be registered after year August 2023. |
| 2 | Extra for detention of vehicle beyond 08 hours in a day. (Running extra hours will be measured and paid for as per log book and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
