| 2 | Repairs to the self-starter assy. 12 V of the vehicle by dismantling it, cleaning/washing with petrol and extraction of worn out parts and then repairing by p/f of self-field coils, self-solenoid switch, carbon brush set, rewinding of armature, bendix drive, shaft bush set. The job further includes Repairs of the electrical system of the machine by complete checking and replacing the damaged wiring, P/F of fused bulbs, assorted size L.T. wires, cabin lights, side indicators, front headlights with bulbs, holders, side indicators. Also dismantling of alternator assy, cleaning it with petrol and waste cloth, P/F of new armature, carbon brush set, bush set, spring set. | 3 | Periodic servicing of the Snow Cat tractor/ Plough by way of Complete oil change of machine i.e. engine oil-15 ltrs (15W40), Universal Tractor transmission Oil- ( 35 liters) , along with filter kit(complete filters). The job includes cost of materials, fuel for the journey of the machine from Divisional Office Udhampur to Repair Workshop and then back after conducting the repairs and testing, etc. & labour charges. Complete Job. |
| 4 | Repairs to the cutting frame by way of removal of old worn out cutting edges and then P/F and fabrication of cutting edges-02 no. of required length. Each cutting edge to be anchored with proper nuts and bolts (number as per requirement). Job also includes removing of minor bends of the frame by way of gas welding and other tools and tackles. | 5 | Replacement of damaged hydraulic pipes of the machine by way of removal of old damaged ones and then P/F of new hydraulic pipes of required length and specification with newones along with seals of the blade jacks, Hose adaptors, O-rings etc. The job also includes Repairs to the fuel system of tractor by way of washing its fuel tank after its complete dismantling, replacement of damaged fuel pipes/banjo bolts with banjo washers, also calibration of injectors, setting of their pressure on machine, replacement of feed pump, complete job including cost of material and labour charges.The complete job includes topping up of hydraulic oil 8 ltrs. and then testing the hydraulic system on load for any leakages.
