Supply Of c/s of frame work, welding parts and carline (vb sleeper ndtc) , one coach set of frame work, welding parts and carline for vande sleeper ndtc buffet car (a09) 1) frame work to drgs no a0914031, alt nil - 1 no a0914006, alt nil - 1 no items called i n above drgs in column i to be supplied as loose. 2) welding parts to drgs no a2314004, alt nil - 1 n o a2314005, alt nil - 1 no 3) carline to drgs no a2314006, alt nil - 1 no a2314007, alt nil - 1 no 4) side wall assy pp end to drgs no a0914024, alt nil - 1 no and a0914027, alt nil - 1 no 5) back piec e for pacil to drg no aaa14904, alt c - 2 nos 6) base plate for out side camera to drg no aal14445, alt nil - 2 nos. to be supplied as coach set only. the firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-313, issue status-01,rev.01. the firm shall fulfil the manufact uring facility as per icf/md/spec-316, issue status-01, rev.00. special condition : 1. the frame work and weld parts shall be packed in the container/steel pallet as per icf/j&t/sk-1865-alt b 2. the weld parts shall be placed at the bottom and frame work at the top. 3. other partition frames not fittin g in the container shall be stacked one over the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 4. packing and placing of the items to be such that the frames could be removed easily from th e packing prior to weld parts without any damages. 5. the height of each stack shall not exceed 750m m for easy handling. 6. suitable and sufficient packing strips to be used such that stacked items do no t disintegrate during transit, storage and handling. 7.carline packing to drg icf/j&t/sk-1882, alt a.
