1Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m. outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete, All labour and materials.
2Demolishing brick work with cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as required and as directed by the Engineer- in -charge. All labour and equipment , complete.
3Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead etc., as required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.
4Earth work excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
5Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). Depth not exceeding 1.5 m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. complete. All labour and materials.
7Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, All works upto plinth level Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

12Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
13Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
14Providing Cement Plaster (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
15Providing Cement Plaster (IN FINE SAND) 20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
16Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
17Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
18Wall painting Two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
19Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
20Supply of pre-moulded joint filler, 25mm thick at expansion joints etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
21Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints etc., as per relevant IS, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
22Supply and placing filter media of crushed stone aggregate as per MoRTH s specifications filled in gunny bags for the weep holes etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
23Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
24Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
25Providing and fixing 40mm & 50mm Dia G.I. pipes for hand railing of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
26Painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
27Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately). etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
28Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.

33Providing and Fixing 200mm stainless steel fancy handle of approved make fixed with SS screws etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
34Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
35Supplying of FRP gully covers/Gratings shall meet BS 4592-4 2006 or any other equivalent of size 450mm x 1000mm with a load bearing capacity of 2.50 T including transportation to site of work loading, unloading and stacking etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
36Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick Light shade pigment using white cement with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) : etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
37Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
38Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, towhich the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part 3):1996 (Boards with BIS certification marks)
