| 4 | Charges for inspection of complete Emitting Electrode Rapping Mechanism (EERM) such as vertical and horizontal shafts, pin wheel arrangements, plain bearings, thrust/split bush bearings, inner & outer arms, shock bar frames, sleeve tubes, set rings, EERM grip couplings and attending minor tack welding, bolting, etc., cleaning of shaft insulator with C.T.C., renewal of gear box oil including consumables and T&P’s. |

Fixing of new shock bar with collecting electrodes then bolting & tag welding and aligning with span within the norms including store drawl & devolution charges, consumables and T&P’s. |
| 7 | Charges for reconditioning of defective/bent shock bar/pad by cutting & removal of bolts & nuts and releasing of existing defective shock bar. Reconditioning of defective shock bar by removal of bent/straighten by torch heating and refixing to its original position then bolting & tac welding properly. Aligning the collecting electrodes with original span within the norms including consumables and T&P’s. |

Fixing and positioning of new shaft, refixing of released plain bearings, inner & outer arm hammers with new shaft then bolting & tack welding and aligning with span within the norms including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 16 | Charges for welding of eroded and weaken welding joints in ESP internal structural frames & ESP hoppers above from 9 Mtrs elevation in hopper using E.7018 overcord/super bond welding rod. This work involves complete inspection of welding joints in collecting & emitting electrode structural frames, ESP inner casing wall and welding of eroded weaken joints (by metal filling) as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P's. |
| 17 | Charges for erection of scaffoldings and providing necessary working platforms at various locations inside the ESP hoppers: This work involves providing necessary scaffoldings and platforms in various locations inside the ESP hoppers to carryout the rectification work as directed by the engineer in charge. |
| 18 | Charges for fabrication and erection of new MS plates (Angle, Stiffener) for additional supports, suporting angle, stiffener to ESP field hoppers as per the required shape and size and direction of site Engineer, including cost of T&P’s and consumables. |
