(iii) Alligning & joining of fabricated dump eye plates with flap eye upper portion w.r.t. other RHS dump eyes 2) For Flap eye holes (02 nos.) (i) Build up of worn-out eye holes and dust seal area (2 Nos. at different locations) (ii) Finishing of eye holes and dust seal area by line boring for Bush/Pin Fitting. (iii) Fitment of 4 Nos. of Bushes & making it free w.r.t. Pins. 3) For welding of 03 nos. missing adaptor tooth (i) Gouging and finishing of uneven surface of adaptor tooth shank portion. (ii) Welding of 03 nos. old and serviceable adaptor tooth in bucket shank portion |
