3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
4Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
5Providing and laying lime concrete bed with 20mm to 25mm thick brick blast mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 U/lime ,1 surkhi ,1 Sand )after compacting of loose soil, including beation and ramming for finishing the top surface and adding adhesive material comlete with in 300m lead etc complete.
6Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)\\"
7Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

21Providing and fixing red sandstone block of size 300 × 300 × 400 mm in square shape for supporting and holding the existing MS safety grill along the rainwater gali, matching the existing block design and profile at site, including dressing, cutting, shaping and finishing of red sandstone to the required dimensions and architectural profile; providing a properly sized and accurately aligned circular/round hole in the stone block for inserting and securing the existing MS/MS circular hollow pipe, including necessary chiselling, drilling, fixing, levelling, plumbing, alignment and anchoring to ensure proper strength, stability and straightness of the MS safety grill, complete in all respects as per the existing design, site requirement and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates andsimilar works.
