| 3 | Interior Wall&Ceiling painting Providing and painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, repairing and sealing of joints/corners/junctions with suitable materials, repairing and sealing of cracks etc. Internal ceiling &walls of all heights and all levels including scaffolding, rope ladder, movable scaffolding including platforms as required and all necessary equipments and consumables etc. Rates includes scaffoldings, crack filling, putty works wherever required ,preparation of surface and painting as per the specification. The material and method of application, no.of coats all as per technical specifications. |

The work shall include all heights and levels of the compound wall, necessary scaffolding or access arrangements, tools, equipment, consumables, and complete execution as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation, approved materials, prescribed number of coats, and method of application as per technical specifications. |
