Bids Are invited for Annual Maintenance Service - Desktops, Laptops And Peripherals - As Per Atc; As Per Atc - Part - A : Comprehensive Maintenance Of Personal Computers, Laptops, Printers, Passive Lan Etc.Comprehensive Maintenance Of Personal Computers, Laptops, Printers, 800 Node Passive Local Area Network Etc Complete As Per The Scope Of Work Indicated In Tender Under Scope And Location Of Work Section, Terms & Conditions And Instruction Of Engineer-In- Charge. Scope Includes Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Relocation, Data Backup, Reinstallation, Installation Of Os & Security Patches, Reinstallation Of Application Software And Their Regular Updates Such As Auto Cad/Brics Cad/Revit Etc, Incorporation Of New Settings As Required For New Users And Reconfiguration (If Required).Note:1. 500 Node Local Area Network Installation (Wiring And Information Socket Outlet) Is Under Performance Warranty Of M/S Systimax, 200 Node Under Performance Warranty Of M/S Dlink And 100 Node Under Performance Warranty By M/S Legrand . Scope Includes Only Rectification Of Wiring Deficiency. Material Required, If Any, Shall Be Supplied By M/S Systimax Or M/S Dlink Or M/S Legrand Or Department As Applicable.2. Period Will Be 18 Months Unless Otherwise Indicated3. The Quoted Price For Item No. 1.1 To 1.6, Shall Be Inclusive Of The Cost Of All Spares (Backup Items) Required To Be Supplied Under This Contract, As Detailed In The Technical Specifications.
