| 1 | Providing & Fixing pavement Marker (Cat Eyes) Moulded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 KG tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular Nos. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The height width and length shall Not be exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm. On each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter Nos.t less than 19+/-2 mm and height Nos.t less than 30+/- mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. |

The pole shold be fixed in ground with cement concrete and the mirror at desired place to proper view of blind turn coming vehicles. | 3 | Providing and fixing Flexible Median Marker (FMM) made of tough, high impact resistant, injection moulded thermoplastic body having flexible U-shape structure with rebound/bounce back property, weather and UV resistant, of minimum size 180 mm height, 120 mm width and body thickness not less than 6.5 mm, complete with shank length not less than 20 mm and shank depth not less than 30 mm, provided with fluorescent yellow micro-prismatic retro-reflective sheeting Type XI conforming to IRC:67 on both sides having minimum reflective area 90 sq.cm, fixed on raised concrete median with suitable epoxy adhesive/anchor system, including drilling, cleaning of surface, all labour, materials, T&P and carriage complete as per IRC:79-2019 and MoRTH specifications, complete in all respects. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing Flexible rebound able spring post of 800mm high, 100mm dia and bottom dia 300mm with weight not less than 1200 gms. The spring post should be manufactured out of highly flexible material polyurethane which is UV stabilized to maintain colour and texture for years. The spring post should be contains three reflective bands. The spring post should be fixed on road surface with epoxy and 4 nos. nails of size 150mm x 12mm complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in –charge. |

| 7 | Providing and fixing 3mm thick & 300mm wide ACP backed flexible prismatic (AFP) sheeting consisting of yellow coloured chevron flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retro reflective aliments and conforming to ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification value for rebound able sheeting. AFP sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in green color on top & shall not crack when tested for flexibility as per section S2.2.2 of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting shall be fixed with reveted/ screwing after drilling holes in the existing sheet & wall with PVC gutties and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off & shall confirm to IRC Accreditation no.
