(ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps. |
