Supply Of supply ,installation & commissioning of cable transit entry sealing etc , supply ,installation & commissioning of cable transit entry sealing & fool proof protection sys tem with multi diameter halogen free epdm modules to prevent rodent entry in to ht compartment and dis connecting and earthing device of switch board cabinet of eog type lhb ac coaches, pantry cars & power cars. the work to be done as per annexure-a and scope of work attached herewith. {complete work inc ludes two schedule a & schedule b. schedule a (provision of cable transit entry sealing & foolproof protection system to prevent rodent entry in ht compartment of sbc of lhb type ac coaches =300 nos. at kharagpur workshop.) (a) supply, modification work and fitment/installation of modular cts kit of disconne cting & earthing device of lhb ac coach /power car/pantry car : schedule a- item no.1: supply kit of dis connecting and earthing device consists of following. (i) the modules with based on multi-diameter technol ogy should made of halogen free epdm(ethylene propylene dieneter polymer) (ii) system must betype test ed & certified for the water/fire/gastightness/ingress protection confirming to ip66/67 according to iec:60 259 (iii)anti-rodent. (iv)vibration confirm to category a,class1/cat 2according to iec:61373. (v)hazard leve ls hl3 according to en45545-2 & 3. schedule a- item no. 2: modification & fitment/installation of modular kit of disconnecting and earthing device. schedule b: (provision of cable transit entry sealing & foolproof protection system to prevent rodent entry in ht compartment of sbc of lhb type ac coaches =300 nos. at kharagpur workshop. (b) supply, modification work and fitment/installation of modular cts kit of ht comp artment of sbc panel of lhb ac coach/power car/pantry car suitable for transit cables (i) 2sq.mm-18 nos. ( ii) 30sq.mm -06 nos. (iii) 60 sq.mm-08 nos. schedule b: item no.1: supply of modular cts kit for ht com partment of sbc panel of lhb coaches suitable for transit cables[(i) 2 sq mm -18nos ,(ii)30 sq-mm-06 nos, (iii)60 sqmm -08nos] comply to following.
