1Charges for releasing, transporting, overhauling, painting, refixing and conducting functional test on Burner tilt power cylinders.
2Charges for Removing the cotter pins, disconnecting the air lines, removing the positioner from the Boiler wall mountings, transporting to workbench, cleaning,replacing seal kits and bellows with new seal kits and new bellows,checking and refixing of SADC positioner in SADC power Cylinder.
3Removal,cleaning and refixing of BTH and other instruments after calibration. (Bearing Temperature Gauges-62 Vibration pickups - 12 Pressure Gauges - 146 Temperature Gauges - 61 Transimtters - 112 Pressure Switches - 42)
4Charges for opening and cleaning of 1/2\\" impulse line and catch pot in mills,Flue gas,primary and secondary airpaths,aerofoil left & right ducts. (Impulse lines of Aerofoil - 12 Impulse lines of primary and secondary air paths - 12 Dust collection pots - 14)
5Routine cleaning and signal terminal tightness checking of control panels (Keltron9020 System panels -20 28V Rectifier panels - 2)
6Dismantling,cleaning and replacement of gaskets and refitting of level switches
