The bidder can quote the charter hire rate for any dredger 12,000 Cum TSHD / 7400 Cum TSHD / Both the dredgers with any option, i.e., with fuel, lubes & freshwater either on Charterer’s or on Owner’s Account.2. Quoted Charter hire Rate(s) shall be exclusive of GST and other taxes. The Taxes, levies, duties, etc. shall be paid extra on the bill amount.3. Mobilization from the port of delivery to port of deployment shall be considered as ‘On hire’ and hence no additional mobilization charges are applicable.4. Demobilization charges shall be paid at an amount equal to “day hire charges multiplied with actual voyage time taken for mobilization of the vessel i.e. voyage time from the port of delivery to the area of operations”. De-mobilization charges shall be paid notwithstanding demobilisation of dredgers to any other port by the owner as per its requirement. 5. Mobilization and De-mobilization charges are based on day hire charges and as such no separate BOQ item is incorporated, however, Mob & De-Mob charges are payable as per relevant clauses of charter hire agreements. 6. Rate against BOQ Items, which are not opted by the bidder shall be filled with ‘zero’.7. Financial Evaluation shall be carried out separately for each Category and each Dredger and H1 Bidder for each dredger will be decided accordingly. 8. DCIL reserves the right to offer/ charter any dredger to any firm based on the Highest Rates.9. DCIL at their discretion, in case the rates quoted by the bidders are seems to be on lower side, may call H1 bidder(s) for price negotiation to increase the rate.
