The vertical supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height. The Pandal shall be erected one day prior to the day of the function and shall be kept till the end of the function as per the instructions of the Engineer- in- Charge. The Pandal shall be dismantled and the area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish at the end of the function on hire basis. |

| 16 | Providing and arranging plastic chairs on hire basis in the pandal as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
