8M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for formwork to chajjas, troughts and similar items including edges rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L for fromwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n.exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm wide, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, pillers etc.complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.
13M&L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.
14M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in Chajjas; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.
15M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

19M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
20Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling including watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm all complete as specified in soil complete all as specified and directed.
21Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at leveln.exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
22M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface in Broken stone or boulders (15cm compacted thickness) complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.
25M&L for damp proof course 40 mm thick in Cment concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
26M&L for 75 mm thick PCC, (1:3:6), type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on outer faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1 :4 including finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surface in ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
30M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on new plastered surfaces of walls paint over 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31M&L for applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint ( shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over wall care putty (thickness very from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desirable smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
32M&L for 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces incl preparation etc. complete on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
33Material and labour for applying 10mm thick rendering /screed in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under relevant item.
34OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index not less than 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541), elongation 350 to 400% as per ASTM D412 and crack bridging ability upto 2mm.(a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification.(b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints/Berger PaintsNote : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE.(iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.
35Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
36M&L for providing double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 1.44 Sqm, having thickness more than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite, laid as in floors/skirting etc., set and jointed including using type-2 adhesive (Medium Thick Bed Fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 5mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.
37All as per Item no 36 here in before, on vertical surfaces such as skirtings ,set & jointed in neat and pointed in epoxy grout to match the floor tiles, over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
38M&L for joint free Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. Set & jointed in neat cement slurry & jointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 and pointed in epoxy grout to match in floor complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
39M & L for Ceramic wall tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B III, glazed, unpolished, rectified, 300x600mm, minimum 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.
40M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillers, window -cills cooking platforms and like in cement mortal (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges complete all as specified and directed.
41M & L for Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
42M & L for 4 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, cured in HPSC (high pressure steam curing ) process, highly chemical stabilised, design and texture as approved of Make Armstrong/Everest/ Ramco, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified and as directed.
43M & L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour double shutter (one glazing and one gauzing) openable window area exc. 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm) with or without provisioning of opening for cooler. Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x58mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket.1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, including supply and fixing following items :-(a) casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated)(b) Stainless steel But Hinges - 03 Nos Each shutter (c) transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system. (d) 5mm thick toughenend glass and 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel guaging with selected quality glass/mesh complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44M & L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour openable ventilator window area not exc. 1.00 Sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm).
