| 3 | Supplying and laying concealed plumbing lines:- Providing, cutting, fixing, testing and commisioning concealed waterlines of 20mm diameter using C-PVC threaded pipe of SDR 11 including all the necessary specials like elbows, tees, couplings etc. All the concealed lines shall be properly fastened to the wall using GI clamps @maximum spacing of 450mm. Rate shall be inclusive of making necessary cutting and chasing on the walls to receive the plumbing lines, placing the plumbing line, properly packing using cement mortar admixed with waterproofing chemicals, pressure testing for leakage etc. Actual linear measurement shall be reckoned for payment purpose. |

| 10 | Providing and laying screed concrete: Preparing the surface of the R.C.C floor slab by thorough cleaning and priming with cement slurry admixed with approved make and quality water proofing compounds, providing, mixing, laying, spreading, levelling and manually consolidating using hand rammers P.C.C 1:3:6 for an average thickness 40 to 50 mm using approved quality 12 mm and down size graded broken granite stone aggregates, approved quality M. sand and Portland cement of approved make, as screed layer in flooring. The surface of the screed laid as above shall be made rough using wire brushes or brooms. The work shall include necessary curing, disposing off and carting away the debris from the Bank's premises etc all complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. |
| 11 | Vitrified tile flooring: Preparing the surface of the screed concrete layer / floor slab by thorough cleaning and priming with cement slurry to receive the new flooring, providing and laying flooring in the approved pattern, line, level etc., using 1200 mm x 600 mm or approved size polished vitrified tiles (anti skid tiles in balcony area) of approved make and shade over a bed of cement mortar prepared by hand mixing approved make Portland cement and approved quality M-sand in the ratio 1: 4, laid, spread and consolidated to get an average consolidated thickness of 20 mm. The tiles shall be set with a floating layer of grey cement slurry and using 3mm spacers, the joints shall be pointed with epoxy grouts of approved make and quality to match with the shade of the tiles. The rate shall include curing, cleaning of the finished work, all leads & lifts etc required for the finished work all as directed by the Bank’s Engineer. | 12 | Vitrified Skirting: Preparing the surface of the walls to receive the new skirting by watering and cleaning, providing and fixing 150 mm height skirting cut out of 1200 x 600 mm or approved size fully vitrified tiles of approved make and shade over a backing of CM 1: 4 (using approved quality M-sand and OPC) for the required thickness, true to plumb and line, set with grey cement paste and joint pointed with epoxy grouts of approved make and quality to match with the shade of the tile. The rate shall include machine grinding and buffing of the exposed edges / sharp corners, machine cutting, curing, cleaning of the finished work, all leads & lifts, etc required for the finished work all as directed by the Bank's Engineer. | 14 | Floor Tiles:- Providing and laying first quality / premium quality anti-skid vitrified/ ceramic floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm (or approved nearest available size), of approved shade and make, in floor laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M. sand), and cement paste spread fully over the base area of the tile including providing proper slope for draining out the water fully and smoothly without any traces of water stagnating anywhere (the work is liable to be summarily rejected if the slope is not provided properly or the joint is found susceptible to hollowness).
