3Prepare surfaces and plastering in cm (1:5) 12mm thick to interior and exterior faces of walls including RCC surfaces contiguous to masonry, necessary grooves etc., in all floors
4Patch plastering with cm(1:3)(one part of cement: three parts of plastering sand (P-Sand) 12mm thick with Dr. Fixit URP 301 (SBR) or equivalent make 3% by wt. of cement used to ceiling, columns, beam sides, interior and exterior faces of walls and including cost of dismantling the existing plastering in cement mortar necessary safety measures, scaffolding, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications in all floors
