| 5 | Fabrication of portion of FG Duct: Fabrication of APH hopper complete by new one in APH hopper: Work involves marking, cutting of plate; marking, cutting the channel & setting in the fabricated plate, stitch welding, marking cutting of corner angle, fixing four corner of plates, full welding as per the standards and as directed by the engineer in charge; Apply one coat paint of red oxide in outside of the fabricated duct plate assembly APH hopper assembly, edge preparation by gauching & grinding in the existing hopper wall. Including crane charges, consumables and T&P's. |
| 6 | Erection, testing and commissioning of the APH Hopper portion of the flue gas duct with stiffeners, field joints and field flange joints, pipe supports with stiffeners; duct supports & arresting supports and erection of APH Hoppers as per direction of engineer in charge; Leading, lifting, positioning, aligning the new hopper assembly with the existing hopper portion and provide jointing plate, welding, both top, bottom & inside and grinding the fully. Including crane, winch charges consumables and T&P's. |

| 8 | Temporary mobilizing handily system of erection work: work involves facilitate of mobilizing the fabricated hopper at below the APH Hopper from one end to required APH hopper including fabrication of necessary temporary structural mobilizing system leading, lifting positioning and mobilizing the hopper at required location and dismantling of temporary mobile handling system after completing the work.
