| 1 | Sweeping and cleaning open space in and around quarters and other official buildings, non residential buildings, over roads and grass etc. including cleaning dry leaves, twigs, wind fallen trees, cow-dung, Parthenium etc., and clearing away from the site where ever necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge and disposing the same including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (150 days/year) |

| 3 | Cleaning of open drain in sides of road and clearing away the debris from the location including cost of cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.( 3 times in a year ) (4-Months one time for a year) |
