The work involves sweeping and cleaning of office buildings, roads, footpaths, drains, cable trenches, garden areas, roof terrace, rain water traps/pipes,gutter and other open spaces and cleaning doors, windows, ventilators, and removal of cobwebs, removal and disposal of garbage, sludge and other waste to the nearest dustbin within a lead of 100-150 m and cleaning drains and cable trenches including removal and refixing of RCC cover slabs, steel plates or grills, application of bleaching powder after cleaning, cutting of tree branches, jungle cleaning, maintenance of garden areas, attending water supply distribution system in the subdivision as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc, complete. |
