| 1 | FLOORING/WALL TILE BREAKING:Dismantling carefully the existing damaged cracked serviceable tiles / slabs / clay tiles / marble slab / granite slab / Kota stone/ tandur stone / shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. ) |
| 2 | Structural steel work: at all levels including supplying cutting.making hole for anchoring, fabricating welding or bolting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer & epoxy paint, including required scaffolding, cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. |

The Grout shall be approved by the Structural Consultant prior to procurement. The anchors shall be for Concrete Surface / Masonry including scafolding as directed by Engineer Incharge.(With anchor depth min. 100 mm) |
