This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including filling the grooves with cement mortar 1:4 including fixing the pipes with necessary clamps / fasteners for the vertical stack on the external side , testing of joints complete as directed by Bank's Enigneer. | 10 | Providing and fixing of granite slab (18 mm thick) for counter-top for wash-basin counter of approximate dimension of 3400 mm (length) x 600 mm (width) x 840 mm (height) mm as per drawings and the following specifications.i) The vertical supports (04 numbers) spaced equally each made out of 2 numbers of 18 mm thick, machine cut, one side machine polished (exposed side) granite slabs having width of 600 mm, sandwiched together using C.M 1:3 & cement paste, shall be fixed true to plumb and line and shall rest fully on the R.C.C floor slab. ii) Providing and fixing top slabs of minimum 18 mm thick granite slabs in not more than two pieces, fixed over the vertical supports, with joints over the vertical supports, for counter to fix wash basin (providing and fixing of wash-basin considered under the item below) including inserting into wall dado by a minimum of 25 mm after making necessary machine cut grooves around with neccesary granite fixing adhesives and resting in true level over the vertical support slabs. | 19 | Providing and fixing colour-coated, double corrugated galvalume roofing sheets : Providing, cutting to the required sizes and fixing 0.50 TCT nominal thickness, 550 Mpa yield strength and 150 GSM coating mass, galvalume sheets of approved make (Hindalco, Tata, Jindal, JSW or approved equivalent make) and shade of coating, in line and level with a minimum overlap of one full corrugation in the transverse direction and 150 mm in the longitudinal direction (only in case the longitudinal laps are un-avoidable due to non-availability of sheets, handling issues or any other site constraints, otherwise each of the roofing sheets shall be provided in single piece without longitudinal joints) with 300 mm bend (curve) at the eve ends as directed by the Bank’s Engineer, to replace the old / damaged galvalume / A.C roofing sheets over the Officers’ Lounge & Dining Room (OLDR), kitchen & passage on the rear side, Class IV Staff change room & AHU room adjacent to OLDR and wash area opposite to Mini Auditorium on the fourth floor and canopies over the door and window openings on the south & north sides of erstwhile cooling tower / water tank area on the fifth floor along with allied works at Bank’s Main Office Building, removed as per item No. 2 above. The roofing sheets shall be inserted into the grooves having cross-sectional dimensions not less than 150 mm (height) x 50 mm (depth), to be made on the walls along the edges on the top by machine cutting and chiselling. These grooves shall be properly filled from top and bottom with P.C.C 1:1.5:3 made by hand-batching and manual mixing at site using approved quality, 12 mm and downsize graded granite stone aggregates, river sand and approved make portland cement, admixed with integral water-proofing chemicals (Conplast WL Xtra, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+, Sika Cim Pink or approved equivalent), used @ 200 ml per 50.00 Kg cement or as per manufacturers specifications, including plastering the exposed surface of the concrete in C.M 1:3, made using approved quality river sand and approved make portland cement admixed integral water proofing chemicals (Conplast WL Xtra, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+, Sika Cim Pink or approved equivalent), used @ 200 ml per 50.00 Kg cement or as per manufacturers specifications, to get sand-cast finish. The roofing sheets shall be extended / overlaid all along the top of the walls at junctions of roofing sheets and walls by widths not less Than 100 mm. The roofing sheets shall also be fastened to each purlin with a minimum of 03 numbers of self-tapping metal screws for each purlin per sheet with necessary metal / bitumen washers to avoid leakage. The rate shall include necessary materials including wastages, labour, Transport, scaffolding all leads and lifts, tools & plants, curing, disposing and carting away the debris generated from the work etc required for successful execution of the work and as directed by Bank’s Engineer. |

The rate shall also include hiring charges of machinery required for fabrication and erection, suitably preparing the surface by dusting/ buffing/ sandpapering/ to remove the mill scales/ rust/ foreign matter, providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over two coats of Zinc Chromate primer etc as directed by the Bank's Engineer. The quantity of structural steel will be worked out based on the actual dimensions of the finished work at site and theoretical/ actual section weights of the member whichever is less. |

| 22 | Providing and fixing premium quality WPC louver false ceiling comprising approved galvanized steel suspended ceiling framework made of GI perimeter channels, intermediate channels, ceiling sections, suspension hangers and accessories, complete with 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed over the framework using self-drilling screws. The plywood shall be finished with factory-finished premium WPC louver panels of approved shade, colour and profile, fixed using concealed fasteners, stainless steel screws and manufacturer's recommended adhesive.
