The foam is assembled over a 12mm thick hot pressed plywood . The chair shall be provided with Class 4 pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 112 mm. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black GF nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 1 cm pitch-centre -dia (70.0 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. The cushioned head support is adjustable in height and angle for optimum user comfort.
