Bids Are invited for Hiring Of Consultants - Milestone/Deliverable Based - Functional Consultants; Energy (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewables); Yes; Hybrid(As Specified In Scope Of Work) - Consultancy Services For Liaisoning And Coordination With The Concerned Railway Authorities For Identification Of Suitable Railway Land Parcels In And Around Ranchi, Jharkhand, For Development Of Bpcl Oil Depot With Railway Siding, Including Arranging Meetings, Collecting Available Details Regarding Land Ownership/Status, Area, Location, Railway Connectivity And Coordinating Site Visits/Inspections Wherever Required, Submission Of Necessary Documents And Applications, And Undertaking Necessary Follow-Up With The Railway Authorities For Obtaining An Official Communication From The Competent Railway Authority Indicating Possible Land Parcels For Development Of The Proposed Bpcl Oil Depot With Railway Siding , Consultancy Services For Liaisoning And Coordination With The Concerned Railway Authorities For Identification Of Suitable Railway Land Parcels In And Around Korba, Bilaspur, Surguja And Janjgir-Ch A In Chhattisgarh, For Development Of A Bpcl Oil Depot With Railway Siding At Any Of The Aforesaid Locations, Including Arranging Meetings, Collecting Available Details Regarding Land Ownership/Status, Area, Location And Railway Connectivity, Coordinating Site Visits/Inspections Wherever Required, Submission Of Necessary Documents And Applications, And Undertaking Necessary Follow-Up With The Railway Authorities For Obtaining An Official Communication From The Competent Railway Authority Indicating Possible Land Parcels For Development Of The Proposed Bpcl Oil Depot With Railway Siding , Consultancy Services For Conducting Site Visits To The Land Parcels Identified/Indicated By The Railway Authorities Under Item Nos. 1 And 2, Along With The Bpcl Team, Railway Consultant And Concerned Railway Officials And Carrying Out A Preliminary Railway Feasibility Study To Assess The Feasibility Of Providing A Railway Siding For The Proposed Bpcl Oil Depot, Including Assessment Of The Existing Railway Infrastructure, Nearest Railway Line/Station, Connectivity, Alignment And Other Relevant Railway Parameters. The Consultant Shall Provide Preliminary Technical Inputs And Recommendations On The Feasibility Of Developing A Railway Siding At Each Identified Location And Highlight Any Major Constraints Or Requirements Observed During The Site Assessment. The Rate Shall Be Quoted On A Per-Site-Visit Basis By The Railway Consultant, Including Preparation And Submission Of The Preliminary Feasibility Report.
