| 6 | Annual Maintenance of CCTV system for 6 months with below mentioned components. The CCTV cameras are installed on total 07 floors at different locations in MC building. The service shall be done by experienced technician. The firm will be fully responsible for any inconvenience occured to MC authorities. The AMC rate of CCTV system includes the visiting charges, wires, switches and other accessories required for CCTV cameras to be in running condition. (The rate not includes the cost of CCTV camera, DVR, TV and Hard Disk). The system must be in running condition all the time. The major maintenance should be carried out by the firm by providing some standby arrangements to avoid any disruption in recording of CCTV. The rates are inclusive of atleast one time inspection of complete system in two week, in addition to emergency period. Log book shall be maintained by the agency for routine inspection and complaints attended by him on demand shall be recorded. |
