We hereby confirm that we have understood that the maximum permissible rate to be quoted, per property polygon, for completion of all activities as specified in the Milestones and Scope of Work where upper limit is capped at ₹150 per property polygon, inclusive of all applicable taxes. We further acknowledge that any quote submitted by us exceeding ₹150 per property polygon shall be treated as non-responsive and will not be considered.2. No column has been left blank otherwise our bid shall be rejected.3. All the prices are entered in Indian Rupees ONLY.4. Prices indicated in the schedules are inclusive of all taxes, Levies, duties etc. We haveprovided breakup of all Taxes, Duties and Levies wherever asked for.5. During the payment stage, Department reserves the right to ask us to submit proof of paymentagainst any of the taxes, duties, levies indicated.6. We will account for all Out-of-Pocket expenses due to Boarding, Lodging and other relateditems. No additional/separate payment shall be made regarding the same, by the Department.7. The Contract Price shall be firm and not subject to any alteration.8. We will share the rate analysis for all the services provided along with the costing details inthe formats given above.
