Work also includes 3 Nos. × 2000 kVA, 11/0.433 kV Transformers with OLTC, complete with all fittings & accessories, protection, controls, RTCC/AVR, transformer foundation (all civil works like excavation, PCC, RCC, backfilling, levelling and making good the area etc.), earthing, cabling/connections and commissioning, as per approved SLD and Technical Specifications. Transformer operating philosophy shall be 2 working + 1 hot standby, with all three transformers remaining energized on HT side and LT load connection controlled through the LT switchboard arrangement. |

The Contractor shall get the design, drawings, method statements etc. vetted from IITs/IISc includind providing the structural drawings and got approved by Engineer in charge.1(b) Site preparation, setting out, access and working platforms, clearing of obstructions, temporary drainage/dewatering and all incidental works required for safe execution.1(c) Mobilisation, installation, commissioning, operation and demobilisation of all equipment, machinery, cranes, drilling/piling equipment, tools, tackles, materials and manpower required for the complete work, including loading, unloading, transportation and shifting at site etc. complete in all respects.SOLDIER PILE SHORING2(a) Providing, fabricating, supplying, transporting and installing soldier piles, walers, brackets, stiffeners, plates, connections and associated steelwork/any other work including cutting, drilling, welding, bolting, alignment, lifting, temporary supports, consumables, wastage, labour, plant and equipment etc. all complete as per the vetted and approved design and drawings.2(b) Providing and installing soldier piles by any suitable approved method, including bored, drilled, driven or other appropriate methods, as determined by the design and methodology, through all types of soil, overburden, boulders, weathered rock and hard rock as encountered at site, including casing, chiselling, rock drilling, excavation, grouting/concreting or other required measures, maintaining required line, level and verticality, dewatering, protection of adjacent structures and all associated works, complete.2(c) Providing and installing ground anchors and/or internal strutting systems, as required by the approved design, including drilling through soil and/or rock, casing, anchor elements, sheathing, corrosion protection, grouting, testing, stressing, locking, walers, struts and all associated works, complete.2(d) Providing and installing suitable lagging or other approved face-support system between/around soldier piles as required by the vetted and approved design and drawings, including all supports, packing and associated works.2(e) Providing all temporary works, bracing, supports, dewatering, protection measures and other arrangements necessary to maintain stability of the excavation, adjacent ground, structures and utilities throughout the work, including suitable measures for soil, weathered rock and hard rock conditions.2(f) On completion of the works the site shall be cleared by removing, dismantling the soldier piles system and associated materials, including loading, transportation of all scraps etc. at the Contractor's cost, complete.Note: 1. All excavated material shall be removed from site complete in all respects at the risk and cost of contrcator.2. Measurement and payment shall be based on the Sqm of actual vertical face area of excavation supported by the soldier piling shoring system, measured in square metres (m²), calculated as the length of the supported face multiplied by the average vertical depth of the supported face, as per vetted & approved drawings and actual execution.
