| 1 | Removel of old rusted chilled and condenser water pot strainers basket, thoroly clean of MS pot & shifting of scrap to scrap yard as directed by the Engineer In Charge. |
| 2 | Supply, Installation & Testing of SS304 pot strainers basket having strainer size of 370 mm dia and 600 mm height made of 2mm thick SS 304 sheet punched with hole (size 4mm dia and pitch 4-5 holes per inch) with high power magnate. Collar at the top (outside) & bottom (inside) of strainer with SS 304 square rod of size 15mmX15mm, TIG welded followed by standard procedure. It is also provided with horizontal Handle across diameter on top joined. All SS 304 welding work should be carried out with argon and ER308L filler element followed by DOP test, pickling and passivation with branded solutions as per drawing and technical specification. |
